1. Engineering Philosophy

We build tools for engineers. We understand that your data—specifically your logs, codebase, and internal reasoning traces—is your competitive advantage.

TL;DR We do not sell your data. We do not use your private code or non-public data to train our foundation models. Your data isolates remain yours.

2. What We Collect & Why

Essential Telemetry

Basic usage logs (API calls, latency metrics, error rates) to maintain system stability and debug availability incidents.

Input/Output Logs

Transiently stored for your own audit trails. Configurable retention periods available for enterprise plans (default: 30 days).

3. AI Model Training

This is the most common question we get: "Are you learning from my data?"

NO. We use industry-standard foundation models (via API) alongside our own specialized deterministic control layers. We do not fine-tune our core models on customer specific private data without an explicit, separate contract.

4. Infrastructure & Subprocessors

We effectively act as a relay and orchestration layer. Our primary infrastructure partners are:

  • AWS / Vercel Hosting & Compute
  • OpenAI / Anthropic LLM Providers (Zero-retention APIs where applicable)
  • Supabase / Postgres Persistent Storage
