1. Nature of Service
aixagent.io provides deterministic AI agents designed to automate engineering workflows. While we strive for high accuracy and reliability through our guardrails, code generation and automated reasoning are probabilistic by nature at the foundation model level.
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)
Our architecture assumes a "Human-in-the-Loop" for critical path deployments. We are not responsible for production outages caused by unreviewed automated commits or actions taken by the agents without oversight.
2. No Professional Advice
The Service may generate explanations, code analysis, or compliance checks. These outputs are for informational and productivity purposes only.
Not Legal or Compliance Opinion: Any "compliance" checks performed by the agents (e.g., checking for PII, license compatibility) are heuristics-based engineering aids, not legal determinations.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS". aixagent.io and its contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
4. Intellectual Property
- Your Data: You retain all rights to the code and data you process through our system.
- Generated Output: We assign all rights, title, and interest in the output generated by the agents to you, subject to the terms of the underlying models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
